Cost and coverage is the main factor that most people consider when evaluating the effectiveness of the healthcare system. The people's dissatisfaction on the health care system today in the U.S. indicates that the impact on the 1929 depression to the health sector has devastated the balance between the cost and quality health care services, which has led to about 67% of the citizens dissatisfied by the healthcare system.
